간담췌 외과 영상의 영상의학적 이해 부산대 병원 영상의학과 홍승백 서론 최근 CT 및 MRI 등 영상의학적 장비들의 발전으로 높은 해상도를 가진 영상을 다양한 임상 상황에서 접할 수 있다. 이런 영상의학적 장비의 발전은 감담췌외과 관련 질환의 영상의학적 진단률을 높일 수 있게 만들었다. 이번 session에서는 간담췌외과에서 수술적 치료를 하는 대표적인 질환들에 대해서 그 진단에 특이적인 CT 및 MRI 의 영상의학적 소견을 다루어 볼 예정이다. 본론 1. Liver 1) Hepatocellular carcinoma. : Hyperenhancement in AP Washout in PV, DP. Patients with the risk factors of HCC. 2) Cholangiocarcinoma. :Targetoid appearance, bile duct dilatation Progressive fill in enhancement pattern Capsular retraction 3) Hepatic metastases. :Targetoid appearance History of primary malignancy 2. Pancreas 1) Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma : Ill-defined mass with the pancreatic duct dilatation Invasion to adjacent organ or vessel 2) Neuroendocrine tumor : Well-defined mass with hypervascularity 3) Solid pseudopapillary tumor : Well-defined mass, young female predominancy. 3. Biliary disease 1) Cholangiocarcinoma : Stricture of bile duct, bile duct dilation Invasion to adjacent organ or vessel 2.) Intra papillary neoplasm of the bile duct : Bile duct dilatation, intraductal soft tissue lesion
