Recent years cholecystectomy has been widely performed not only in tertiary hospital but at many community hospitals. We would like to present how community hospitals have been actively performing cholecystectomy with safety by reviewing 3665 cases of single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy performed in 7 years in single community hospital by single surgeon.
